Ravi Prakash is a seasoned Quality Management Professional, Consultant and Trainer in Quality Management Systems, Process Management and Problem Solving. Ravi Comes with more than three decades work experience serving Indian Airforce, CAE Inc, QuEST Global, Alstom, Excellence and Eminence LLP and currently is working as Program Quality Manager for C295 India Program with Airbus Defense and Space.
His experience of process definition and implementation experience in multiple sectors and standards like Defense, Aerospace, Automotive, Engineering, and Railways. Has been instrumental in helping the organization to achieve SEI CMMI Level 3 Development and Service Model, AS 9100 Rev D, IATF 16949, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 and Special Processes. Achievement include multiple awards in national level contests in lean sigma case study contests conducted by CII and ISI.
Ravi has supported Clientele as a consultant including RAMCO Cements, Aditya Auto, Synedyne Systems, Napino Auto, NOFH Pvt Ltd, QuEST Global, CIM Tools, Onward Technologies, and so on. The programs have been attended by Executive Management of various Companies, Senior Defense officers and other professionals at various career stages.

A graduate in Electrical Engineering, and a Certified Lead Auditor in Multiple ISO Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and Black Belt in Six Sigma certification to his credit. Other certifications on business analytics, safety management systems, export control regime, CMMi-DEV, CMMi-SVC. In addition, he has completed his master’s diploma in Training and Development from prestigious Indian Academy of Training and Development (IATD). Had been involved in the assessment of special process, and Cyber Security.
